INGREDIENTS & HOW EACH WORKS
Formula 1: Creatine Monohydrate (5g per serving)
Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate
What it does: Supports ATP recycling in muscle, which means your muscles have more energy available to hold effort. Research shows it takes 3–5g daily for weeks to matter — which is why a single dose of anything won't work.
Why this matters for runners: You don't need bodybuilder-level muscle. You need the energy systems in your legs to stay available longer. Creatine does that.
Dosing: 1 scoop in 8oz water, 1–2x daily
Formula 2: Beetroot Powder (one scoop, ~97.5g per serving)
Ingredients: Beet Root Powder (Beta vulgaris) (root), Hibiscus Powder (flower), Apple Juice Powder (fruit), Stevia Extract (leaf), Maltodextrin
What it does: Beetroot contains nitrates, which your body converts to nitric oxide — a vasodilator. Better blood vessels = better blood flow = more oxygen to your legs.
