Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Science Nutrition X ships internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country or local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Science Nutrition X is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
